Monday Sickness..Huh..!!

I believe everyone of us that work have through this disease called Monday Sickness. We don't know how to prevent it but all the things that we can do is just wake up and just feeling that all the memories in the weekend has gone and start our routine back. Oh damn, it's very skeptical to us.

So, this is some tips that we can do to overcome this sickness. However everybody has their own way so all listing below just some tips. Either its effective or not are depends on our behavior and personality.


  1. Snap out of it. Weekend is over and it’s time to get back to work. No matter how much we don’t want to do it, we just have to do it.  Saturday and Sunday is over and you just have to accept that.
  2. Break your tasks into simpler goals and reward yourself after work for each goal that you have accomplished.
  3. Talk with your office mates but do not talk too much.  Some casual talking helps get rid of Monday Sickness because it gives you another feeling of enjoyment.  Too much talking makes you unproductive but so is not talking at all.
  4. Listen to music.
  5. Enjoy your break time.
Ok, that all for now especially today is Monday. Hopefully some tips that given can help us to cheer back our day and give full motivation to start our weekdays.
